It’s no surprise that a well situated neighborhood like Yorkville has the most expensive subway station to live nearby. Of course that comes at an expensive price, on average a 1 bedroom apartment will cost you $2356.

Keele, Dundas West and High Park station are the most up and coming stations to live nearby
