In 2019, Jasmine joined MovingWaldo as a part-time customer service agent. Today, she holds the title of the company’s longest-serving employee! In her early days, she assisted users with administrative tasks related to their move, such as address changes and service provider updates. During this time, she gained extensive knowledge of the moving process, helping thousands of clients plan their moves with valuable tips and insights.
After completing her Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Jasmine transitioned into a full-time role as Office Manager. Since then, she has taken on diverse responsibilities across human resources, accounting, operations, and customer service, all while earning her CRHA accreditation, demonstrating her commitment to professionalism and ethics.
Today, Jasmine plays a key role in claims and complaint management, working closely with booking agents to review cases objectively and ensure fair resolutions for clients. Her years of experience at MovingWaldo have made her not only a knowledgeable professional in the moving industry but also deeply passionate about developing solutions that simplify the moving experience for people across Canada.
